• Education/Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
• Technical: Aptitude to complete power system studies (load flow, fault studies, protection coordination studies, and earthing designs). We would prefer SKM, PTW, and ETAP. The ability to complete detailed electrical design work (schematics, SLDs, termination diagrams, specifications, scopes of work)

Key Accountabilities:

The role will see you:

• Provide end-user support to staff via phone and email for technical support inquiries.
• Provide remote support and the ability to remotely troubleshoot IT issues for staff and clients.
• Maintaining the full range of technologies including, but not limited to Windows, Office, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, Exchange 365, Sharepoint, and Teams.
• Develop initiatives in business automation and processes using leveraged IT systems.
• Assist in onsite and in-house IT/OT related project rollouts.
• Performing core admin functions to maintain system integrity.
• Install, configure, evaluate, and maintain operating systems, networks, application software, and system management tools.
• Work with IT and Leadership Teams to ensure strategic opportunities are proposed to clients
• Administer and maintain backups for business-critical applications.
• Ensure IT operational documentation is current and maintained.
• Security administration and patching of software and hardware.
• Security system & Firewall implementation and administration.
• Wi-Fi administration and management.
• Consideration of backup and disaster recovery.
• Desktop / Laptop and workstation support.
