PROJECT: Bluescope Steel – Unanderra, NSW

Cell was engaged by PPM to perform a feasibility study and detailed designed for the high-voltage infrastructure upgrade, to support the establishment of the new Tube and Pipe Mill at the BlueScope Steel’s Unanderra stainless steel site.

This involved the following:

– Detailed primary and secondary design of 33/11kV outdoor switchyard.
– 11kV indoor substation with associated switchboard.
– Protection panels.
– AC and DC distribution and Communications / Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU) panels.

Time Frame: 2022-2023
Approximate Value: $400,000
